My journey hasn’t been one of effortless success. It’s been shaped by overcoming lack, overwhelm, constant setbacks, and self-doubt. These experiences have deepened my understanding of what it feels like to lose connection with oneself—and, more importantly, how to rebuild, recharge, and reclaim one’s life, confidence, and skin luminosity with faith and action steps. 

A Legacy of Inner Beauty

The story begins in the heart of Central Europe. My grandmother, a nurse, taught me the power of nurture and resilience. My mother instilled in me the art of self-care, turning daily rituals into moments of strength and elegance. My father, a glassmaker and businessman, passed down the drive to create, build, and rise. Growing up surrounded by glass, mirrors, and hard-earned beauty, I learned early that true reflection starts from within.

Energy Meets Aesthetics

In my teens, I became deeply aware of energy—emotions, patterns, and negative forces that affect our health, appearance, and lives. This sensitivity evolved into my mission and practice. Through decades of experience in medical and resort spas, collaborations with doctors and energy practitioners, and serving as a national educator for a leading skincare brand, I’ve combined modern science, natural healing, and practical energy work into methods that truly transform.
