We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service if canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to be flexible and accommodate your needs. However, we kindly ask that you respect our time and business by providing as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
